Well Kathya and myself finally took that extra step in our relationship. We are now proud owners of our first condominium, and boy do we love it. Not that we don't miss you mom.
It's very exciting for the two of us. But also at the same time very overwelming. We really think this is a smart move for us. We understand it's going to be pretty stressful but we are up for the challenge. We want to prove that we can be responisble young adults.We hope down the road, we can move up to something bigger like a townhome, but for now this is perfect. Below there are a few pictures of our home. They are not the greatest pictures, hence I am not a photographer, but I think you get the gist of how it looks. We hope you enjoy, Oh and ignore the mess, things have been pretty hectic with the whole move situation.

"Just Married"

Well its been awhile since the last time we updated our blog, so let me bring you up to date. Kathya and I are now happily married and we have a beautiful baby boy.


This is the real reason we got married. And you guys thought we actually loved eachother. I guess we fooled you.


We are still living at home but we are in the progress of buying a condo or a townhouse. Oh and the whole thing about us having a baby was a joke we don't have any, just making sure you guys are paying attention. HAHAHA Sorry Grandma. Any ways for those who don't know we got married on July 13th, and what a beautiful wedding it was. There were a few minor things that didn't go as planned. Then again I don't think anyone's wedding goes totally as they plane.But overall it was the best day of our lives. Below is a few pictures from our wedding.

The day after our wedding Kathya and I went to Wisconsin Dells for a little honeymoon. The beginning of our trip started off a little shaky though. Reason being a trip to Wisconsin Dells from our house should only take 3-4 hours to get there. Well being that we are so good at directions it took us 7-8 hours to get there. Yes, I know what your wondering how did you manage to do that? Well ok a little cat ran in the way and I(Brandon) swerved out of its way so I wouldn't hit it and in the progress of dodging the cat, I got off at the wrong exit. "That is not what happened at all, let me tell you"(Kathya) "Brandon, who thinks he could remember everything decided not to write the directions down, and we ended up on the total opposite side of the Dells in the middle of no where. There wasn't a gas station within 20 miles from where we were at. "Well I think my story sounded a lot better."(Brandon) But after our long trip we had a really good time. We went to a magic show, we did some go carts and a few roller coasters. And we also went to a Waterpark one of the days. It was a really nice trip we had a lot of fun.

WAR

WAR (Sox vs. Cubs)

On May 20th we got to see an amazing battle between these two rivalry teams with our own two eyes. And what a battle it was. In the middle of the 2nd inning a fight broke out between the two teams(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0l_1jv3D9cg&search=sox%20and%20cubs%20brawl) (CLICK LINK TO SEE FIGHT) But the game must go on. The Chicago White Sox ended up winning the game 7-0 taking 2 games out of 3 from the Chicago Cubs. As you can see from the pictures, Kathya is the only Cubs fan.Its too bad she isn't a Sox fan, but I guess it makes it a little interesting between the two of us.

Proposal Night

Well that night was a very special night for the two of us. The date was March 6,2006. Which is also Kathya's Birthday. The night started off at Argo High School's Auditorium(The school was closed that day and the dean of the school told security to let me in)." The reason I picked that to be the place where I proposed was because that was the very first place I ever seen Kathya, when she was performing in a variety show."(Brandon) Kathya thought she was meeting me there because I was helping a friend's dad move some thing because he works at Argo. Once she got to Argo I asked her to come in so she can help me carrier some things to the car. Once she walked in I played one of our songs(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1bg0F_nas64&search=nick%20lachey-) (Click Link and you will see and hear the song)Then I got on one knee and started to say those wonderful words,"Kathya will you marry me" But I put a little twist on it. I said it in Spanish."Kathya, Te quires cosar con migo." At this point my heart was pounding, and my hands were shaking. But once I heard the words come out of her mouth,"Yes I will"I felt this burst of joy run throughout my body. From there we left the school and I suprised her with a Limo that was waiting for us infront of the school.Which we took down town to an Italian resturaunt called Maggiano's Little Italy(http://www.maggianos.com/locations/). A lot of you, probably think we are crazy for deciding to get married at such a young age. But we think you are crazy for thinking that. I guess its because we know how we feel about each other, and theres not a person on this planet that will change our minds. All we ask is for your love and support.

Last night, May 23 was Kathya's last day as an Argo High School Student. And her class went out with a bang. They got to have there graduation is our new Chicago Fire(Professional Soccer Team) stadium, located in Bridgeview,IL. It was so much better then when I graduated. They had fire works, and around the stadium on a strech screen it showed Congratulations Argo class of 2006. Then their was a huge screen infront of the stage that was showing thanks to Argo's Staff and the Mayor of Bridgeview.
